Local Hand Delivery
We currently offer personal hand delivery within the St. Louis Metropolitan area. There is a charge for this but it will never exceed the original shipping cost. This service is offered as a way to help eliminate the potential for shipping damage to your replica. Any time we ship through USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex there is a risk that there could possibly be damage. We do provide shipping insurance as long as the original packaging and product are shipped or delivered back to us in the same condition in which you received it. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and provide a shipping label to send it back to us. We will promply replace any damaged item with a maximum of 2 day shipping to your location or if you are local you will receive Hand Delivery of your product.
